It was a beautiful thing to share and very noble goals to have. ^_^ I wish you reach them and be able to invite others to share their feelings. I’ve worked also in customer service – as a teller at a bank – and it’s amazing the difference a kind face, a bit of patience, a smile can make on either side of the counter. It can give you the strenght you need for that last hour at work, or make a horrible day worth it. Just like the bad experiences, a good experience sticks to you and tints the rest of your day. And depending on your attitude, a smile can defeat a day long of bad experiences. ^_^
